Woodstock is, perhaps, the most legendary world-wide known musical festival ever. So, let`s recall…

The Woodstock festival didn’t actually take place in Woodstock. There was no suitable site in Woodstock, so organizers tried to find the place near Wallkill, 40 miles away. But residents blocked their plans, and finally they made a deal for $75,000 with a dairy farmer Max Yasgur who let the festival happen on his 600 acres of land in Bethel.
